This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and apps published on Google Play by TGX Games Studio ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to the titles listed below. By downloading or playing any of our games, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Using a single shared policy across your account is fully accepted by Google Play — you can reuse the same URL for every app listing.

3. Information We Collect
Across our games, we may collect:
- Device information: device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID), language and region settings.
- Usage data: gameplay stats, session length, levels completed, in-game actions, crash/error logs.
- Advertising identifiers: collected by ad networks to serve and measure ads.
- Purchase information: for games with in-app purchases, handled via Google Play billing. We never see or store your card details.
We do not knowingly collect your name, home address, or other directly identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. by emailing support).
4. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data collected via third-party SDKs is shared only with those providers, strictly to deliver ads, analytics, or crash reporting, under their own policies.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Some of our games (including Arrow Ahead – Smart Moves and Find My Panda – Sudoku Puzzles) are designed to be suitable for children aged 4 and up, and are listed under Google Play's Families program. For these games:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information (name, email, precise location) from children.
- We do not show personalized/behavioral advertising to children; only contextual, non-personalized ads are served where applicable, in line with Google Play Families Policy requirements.
- Any device or advertising identifiers processed are handled through Google-approved, families-certified ad and analytics SDKs only.
- We do not require account creation, social media login, or external links that lead children outside the app.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Choices
- Reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings.
- Uninstall any of our games at any time to stop data collection by that app.
- Contact us to request deletion of any data linked to you.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Since every game links to this same page, updates apply automatically across your whole portfolio.
